Sexual Violence Services (North London Rape Crisis)

North London Rape Crisis works with women who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their life. This can include child sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, prostitution and female genital mutilation.

All services are free and confidential and are available to women over the age of 14 who live, work or study in Islington, Camden, Westminster, Haringey, Kensington and Chelsea, Barnet and Enfield, whether they have reported the incident to the police or not.

The Rape Crisis Team

Our Rape Crisis Team offers advocacy support and long term individual and group counselling. Support is provided throughout criminal proceedings and therapeutic interventions offer the opportunity to recover from the psychological impact of sexual abuse.

All services are available to each woman according to her individual needs and at her own pace. Sexual violence is difficult to report and to recover from and can severely affect a woman’s mental health and self esteem.
