Performance Information Analyst

Solace Women’s Aid works with women and children affected by domestic and sexual violence.  We work in a holistic and empowering way enabling service users to live independent lives.

We are looking for a self-starter with proven data monitoring and analytical skills.   You would be responsible for

  •  Ensuring our case management system (MODUS) and Social Return on Investment database is fit for purpose
  • Ensuring our staff are fully supported in effectively using MODUS
  • Ensuring we have robust reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems and processes in place for current and new services
  • Creating service specific reports and disseminating to services on a monthly basis
  • Supporting managers in ensuring compliance with the monitoring and evaluation expectations for their service

If you have experience of the following please contact us

  1. Extensive experience  of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  2. Experience of collating and interpreting data
  3. Experience of report writing
  4. Experience of designing and delivering training (1 to 1 or group)

 Salary: £25,515

Hours: 37.5 per week

 Solace Women’s Aid is dedicated to providing a full range of services for women and their children, enabling them to live lives free from domestic and sexual violence. Our Counselling Service supports women therapeutically through both one to one and group counselling programs across 13 boroughs of London.

 We are looking for self-employed counsellors to deliver short term counselling over 15 sessions for women and girl survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

Work is available in East and North London including Hackney, Haringey, Havering and Newham.

Please note we will only accept applications from BACP accredited Counsellors.

Salary: £130 per day (7.5 hours)

Contract: Until 31st March 2015 with possibility of two year extension until March 2017

We are SASS, a high quality advocacy and support service for Southwark residents, which provides specialist  independent domestic and sexual violence support services. This includes a package of support covering crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning.

The service is part of Solace Women’s Aid, a London-wide and nationally well regarded organisation.

A vacancy has arisen in our busy and exciting office for a Case Worker.

A key aspect of the role will be to work in partnership with other agencies in order to be able to provide a more holistic service for clients.

Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support to victims of domestic and sexual violence and strong casework management skills.

If you have experience of working with victims of domestic and/or sexual violence and a working knowledge of the available legal remedies, housing and welfare benefits, then this is a unique opportunity to further develop your skills and career.

 Salary: £25,515, per annum, (inclusive of ILW)

Hours: 37.5

Contract: Permanent

Location: London Borough of Southwark
