Senior Independent Domestic Violence Advocate
We are looking for a Senior Independent Domestic Violence Advocate to set up an exciting new project in Enfield. You will be supported by our IDVA manager and be part of the SWA IDVA/ISVA services (currently in Islington and Barking and Dagenham), working with women at high risk from domestic violence. The IDVA service will work closely with the police and other multi agency partners through the MARAC in Enfield supporting female survivors of domestic violence. You will undertake risk assessments, provide advice, information and support focusing on improved safety and reducing risk in co-ordination with other agencies. Preference will be given to CAADA trained applicants.
SALARY: NJC Scale Point 31-32 (£28,032 - £28,000 OLW)
