Judith Banjoko, Interim CEO

Being part of Solace is such an honour. As  Interim CEO at Solace, I am responsible for the leadership of Solace, working with a dynamic team, including our service-users, in ensuring that our refuges and community and therapeutic services are providing  high standards, are holistic, and most importantly, are service-user led.

I bring with me over 15 years of experience within the domestic abuse sector, both frontline and strategic, and I’m driven by best-practice and keeping the service users voices at the heart of what we do.

I’m committed to helping abused women and children to escape violence and break cycles of abuse, and I’m proud to work for an organistion that has been helping women and children to do this for over 45 years.

In a space where there are many organisations trying to achieve the same and similar aims, Solace stands out for its innovation, and its positive internal culture, which fosters creativity and positively impacts our services.

It is an honour to be part of Solace, and I look forward to supporting service-users alongside my dedicated colleagues.
