Kirsty is Deputy Director at the Ministry of Stories, a charity that supports under-resourced children and young people to express themselves through the power of writing. Prior to this she worked in homelessness. Through service delivery, service user involvement and fundraising, Kirsty has been supporting vulnerable people in the charity sector for almost 20 years. Since joining the Board in 2016, she has been inspired and motivated by the strength and resilience shown by the women at Solace. Kirsty is a member of the Finance Sub Committee
