Mayer Brown's European Cycle Challenge

This weekend, a team of 60 riders from Mayer Brown, our charity of the year partner, are cycling from Paris to London. They have already raised over £20,000 and are aiming to raise £30,000, which will be divided between the charities supported by Mayer Brown.

They are pushing themselves over 320 miles to raise money for five charities; Solace, akt (Albert Kennedy Trust), Alzheimer’s Society, Marine Conservation Society and Community Music. These charities reflect issues at the heart of the staff at Mayer Brown, of which we are honoured to be one. All of the riders are self-funded so every donation will go to the charities they support.

Some members of the team will be challenging themselves not only physically but emotionally too. One cyclist has not been on a bike since they were 13 and will be returning for this cycle and this cycle only. Others are skilled cyclists but for all of the team it will be a real test.

Thank you so much to Mayer Brown for their support, and we are looking forward to all the exciting activities this year!
