Enfield Refuge Service are looking for an organised and efficient volunteer to support the administration team in their busy duty office. This role will include answering calls, making appointment for service users and undertaking general administrative tasks. The ideal volunteer will have a good telephone manner, excellent communication skills, solid computer skills and note taking skills. Volunteers will be given a good grounding into issues that service users have as the duty room is busy and will learn a lot about working with survivors of Domestic Violence.
