I began my journey at Solace in early February 2008 as a Refuge Worker. Throughout the years, I’ve climbed the ladder, transitioning from a senior Refuge Worker to a Deputy Refuge Manager, and now proudly hold the position of Service Manager. Solace has been a steadfast supporter of both my personal and professional growth. I’ve had the privilege to train as a Domestic Abuse Prevention Advocate and successfully completed the CMI Management Apprenticeship Leadership training. I am neurodivergent individual, some of my qualities that have shaped my journey are being inquisitive, passionate, positive, and proactive.
