I started at Solace in February 2005 as Islington Team Manager managing Islington refuges. During the course of 8 years that I have been in service I have been promoted to Lambeth Refuge Manager in 2017 and my current role as Head of Accommodation Services in February 2020.
Solace has supported my development by enabling me to access these career development opportunities, through my direct experience of working with different teams and services and by attending relevant core and external training opportunities. Through attending Management Leadership Training back in 2018 this enabled me to attain the skills and the qualities that helped me to progress and develop my career to Senior Management.
