The Nest Project

The Nest Project, funded by the Greater London Authority (GLA), is a project providing move-on accommodation from refuges to women who have experienced domestic abuse. This project enables women to move on from refuges to high quality, self-contained accommodation with affordable rents, provided by L&Q, for up to two years. Specialist resettlement support is provided throughout the tenancy and beyond, to longer-term secure accommodation.

The Nest Project will help women with practical tenancy sustainment, as well as ongoing support to cope, recover and move towards independence.

We seek to support women with resettling, financial independence, training/employment, and ongoing housing support. In addition to this, the children will receive specialist support, with one-to-one sessions, advocacy, and parenting support available.
