Following a serious incident at our workplace, we realised it was vital to get professional support. We needed to give some training support to our staff and develop a comprehensive domestic abuse policy for the future.
We had previously accessed the services of Solace to train young parents about domestic abuse, and it was very successful. We had worked with other providers but we chose Solace because we wanted someone local and felt they could be trusted to deliver high quality work.
The training was delivered very well. The trainer answered our questions clearly, and worked well with our young parents. We now feel far more confident in our ability to respond to people affected by domestic violence and also gained an excellent domestic abuse policy that covers everything and feels right for us.
