Beth is the Co-founder and Partner of Herlihy Loughran, an advisory partnership that links influential people and organisations to good causes, providing strategic advice for charitable engagement. Their client list ensures regular engagement with charities, philanthropists, and high-profile individuals.
Before co-founding Herlihy Loughran, Beth was the Acting Assistant Private Secretary to Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, which saw her organise the official programme and accompany The Duchess on engagements in the U.K., Africa, and North America.
Prior to this, Beth led the events team at The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, bringing to life their charitable campaigns. She has a deep understanding of the charitable sector, and a particular interest in work that supports, nurtures, and empowers women and children, principally when they have experienced a form of disadvantage.
Beth has completed courses in Leadership and Management Development, Major Donor Fundraising, and Event Management. She has undertaken Solace’s training programmes, Understanding Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control, and Supporting Survivors of sexual Abuse. She is also a professionally trained actor with a Master’s degree in Acting for Screen from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a volunteer for Bookmark Reading Charity, supporting primary-school aged children with poor literacy skills.
