Natalia joined the board in 2022 as a trustee and a member of the HR & Governance Subcommittee. She is the Head of People & Development at Achilles Therapeutics Ltd, a biopharmaceutical company developing novel cancer immunotherapies. She has worked as a HR business partner in the media, travel and hospitality industry; is an experienced coach and a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
