As Head of Therapeutic Services at Solace I have strategic oversight of the Advice Service, the Counselling Service, and the Rape Crisis Centre. In this role, I work with a team of managers to ensure that our amazing team on the frontline are given the support and resources they need to provide a lifeline for survivors of gender-based violence.
Prior to joining Solace, I spent over 20 years working in organisations that took an innovative approach to preventing violence. At Solace I am fortunate to be able focus my efforts specifically on violence against women and girls.
