Sofi is a City professional, is a feminist and believes in the empowerment of women and girls. Sofi is the author of an eight-step-guide which helps women use strategies to leave abusive relationships, and provides tools and resources for women.
Her book defines domestic abuse in an emotionally intelligent manner and educates women on the importance of spotting red flags and abusive conduct from the outset. Sofi graduated from the University of London and holds a bachelors and a masters degree.
Having had personal experience of abuse, she is thrilled to be an Ambassador for Solace and to have joined the Shadow Board of Trustees. Sofi hopes to empower more women so that they feel supported and go on to achieve their goals.
