Refuge Referral Line Volunteer
This is an exciting opportunity to join Solace’s Pan London Refuges Team as a Refuge Referral Line Volunteer. You will play a vital role in supporting women and children escaping domestic abuse by helping them access safe refuge accommodation across London. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is empathetic, organised, and committed to making a real difference in women’s lives.
As a volunteer, you will respond to calls from women seeking refuge, take referrals, and match them with available spaces. You’ll provide information about Solace’s services, carry out basic risk assessments and safety planning, and signpost to other support where needed.
