Next Steps Volunteer

The Next Steps Volunteer supports our Bexley SASS drop-down service by contacting recently closed service users to check on their wellbeing and any ongoing support needs.

You will make up to three follow-up calls per service user, record updates in our case management system, and help ensure smooth communication within the team.

This role requires strong IT, organisation, and communication skills, along with an empathic, non-judgemental approach. Volunteers gain valuable experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector and play an important role in helping survivors move towards safer, independent lives.

Please note we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and may close the role earlier than advertised.

How to apply
