I started at Solace in 2020 in a junior role as an HR Recruitment Officer. Over the years, I have been promoted to Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager and am now the HR Manager. Solace has supported my development by providing opportunities for growth and offering support along the way in the form of external training and mentorship.
