Our Application Process

The Process:

  1. Apply for a role by sending us your CV and a covering letter saying how you match our role outline.
  2. 2. If called you’ll get questions in advance and be interviewed by a panel of Solace colleagues. You may also be asked to do a work related test.
  3. If offered, you’ll hear from your line manager and HR.
  4. Once we have done the necessary checks we’ll agree a start date and welcome you.
