I am a chartered psychologist and Senior Research Fellow at UCL, specialising in health psychology and behavioural science. My work focuses on behaviour change, health equity, and trauma-informed approaches. I’m passionate about prevention, creating inclusive environments, and amplifying the voices of those affected by oppression.
I am deeply committed to supporting services like Solace, which offer life-changing support to people subjected to abuse. I bring over 15 years’ experience in mental health research, policy engagement, and project leadership, guided by an intersectional feminist and trauma-informed lens. I also have a strong track record in fundraising and strategy development within the VAWG sector, helping services grow stronger and more sustainable for those who rely on them.
Previously, I served as a trustee for a women’s centre in Hillingdon, where I contributed to governance, policy development, and successful funding bids. At Solace, I sit on the Services Subcommittee, supporting the development of survivor-centred services.
Joining Solace is both personal and professional for me. I will always advocate for the importance of community-led support, where survivors feel safe from abuse and can easily access the help they need.
