Claire works across social housing, public services and the non-profit sector in strategic and advisory roles. She has held positions in London-based and national organisations and works with public and charitable bodies focused on housing, communities and public safety. She sits on the Met Police’s Violence Against Women & Girls Scrutiny Panel, is on the Board of a women’s housing association, and supports the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health on professional and ethical standards in public health.
Claire joined Solace’s Shadow Board in 2024, motivated by a deep belief in the power of safety, advocacy and opportunity for women and girls. Her career has long intersected with social justice and VAWG, and she feels closely aligned to Solace’s mission to support, uplift and campaign for survivors. Through her role on the Shadow Board, Claire hopes to strengthen survivor voice, support systemic change, and help ensure that Solace continues to walk alongside women and families with compassion, strength and purpose.
