I bring over 9 years of experience across People, Culture and Operations, with a particular focus on values-led organisations and inclusive practices. Prior to joining Solace in 2025, I spent six years at Makers, a digital skills training provider with a mission to diversify the tech industry through apprenticeships.
During my time there, I helped scale the company from 30 to 120 employees and built the People & Culture function from the ground up.
I’m passionate about purpose-driven work and creating environments where organisations, individuals, and teams can thrive. At Solace, I responsible for the overall People and Culture strategy, and working to ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that enables staff to do their best work in support of survivors.
