Sonia Dhariwal, Head of Business Support
Sonia joined Solace in March 2025 and is a dedicated professional with a strong focus in the fields of Facilities Management, Health and Safety, and Environmental Science. Sonia has worked with organisations, including Universal Music Group, where she played a key role in guiding the company through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her responsibilities included developing safety protocols and collaborating with various teams to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
She also worked on an ambitious project at Sky, where she contributed to the establishment of Sky Studios. Her role involved meticulous planning and management of facilities but also a commitment to sustainability practices throughout the construction process. She also worked on environmental projects.
Recently, she completed a dissertation titled “Exploring the Distribution and Diversity of Benthic Macroinvertebrates in the River Crane,” which allowed me to dive deeper into ecological studies and enhance my research skills.
In my personal life, Sonia enjoys a variety of activities including walking and cycling allow her to appreciate the outdoors, while photography lets her capture the beauty around her. She also have a deep appreciation for the arts, particularly theatre, where she finds joy in the storytelling and creativity that it embodies.
