This year, we have teamed up with some of our incredible community partners to deliver events throughout the January challenge! Check them out below. 

  • Yoga with Jill

Support your body and mind with Jill Patterson, a qualified trauma-informed yoga instructor who will be holding x2 yoga sessions to support your January challenge. 

Yoga for Fitness, 11th January 7.30pm (Zoom): You are doing an amazing thing by exercising to keep your body healthy and for a great cause! Taking some time out to stretch the places that will be feeling the burn will really help to maintain your fitness and achieve the goal of 40 miles! Come to this yoga class designed to target your hips, thighs, knees and calves. In this one hour class you will have space to unwind after your workout and relax muscle tension.

Yin Yoga 25th January 7.30pm (Zoom): Being able to process our experiences in an embodied way helps us to let go of the anxiety and loss of trauma. Each breath is an opportunity for us to reconnect with ourselves and nurture any pain we've experienced. This 1 hour 15 mins slow yoga class is designed to gently soothe your body/mind and give you some space to rest and recover. You can join for all or part of the session.

  • Thames Path Walk in collaboration with Racing Against Violence

Racing Against Violence presented by eCubed is co-sponsoring a Thames Path Challenge starting on Saturday 30th Jan with Solace to raise funds for survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Join the team walking the iconic Thames Path and get a Solace fundraising pack with Solace water bottle. You can also purchase an exclusive Racing Against Violence bracelet to wear on event day as well as other RAV merchandise on their website.
